1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation, subject to product availability and order verification.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review all order details carefully before checkout.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • All orders are reviewed by our security team and may be canceled if flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.


2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

  • Estimated shipping time: 14 business days from dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

During special drops, promotional periods, or high order volumes, shipping may take slightly longer.


3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ALAN KOCH may offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • International shipping timelines do not include order processing time.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Due to limited inventory and high demand, some products may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier partner and proof of delivery is available, ALAN KOCH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers are advised to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.


6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details at checkout. ALAN KOCH will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
