We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
Please note:
- Minor color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control
Customers are advised to carefully review product details and sizing information before completing their purchase.
DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY
A replacement or refund will only be considered if the product is received damaged.
To raise a valid claim, the customer must:

Record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the start to the end of opening the sealed package.

Ensure the video clearly shows the package being opened and the damaged product inside.

Send the unboxing video along with the order details to alankoch425@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
⚠️ Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
CLAIM REVIEW PROCESS
Once the claim is received:

Our team will review the unboxing video and order details.

If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on product availability.

The processing time may take 7–10 working days.
FRAUD PREVENTION
ALAN KOCH reserves the right to reject claims that appear fraudulent or do not meet the requirements mentioned in this policy.
Repeated false claims may result in restriction from future purchases.
